Timothy R. Hearn, CCIM 
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the company, Timothy R. Hearn is actively involved in the review of
the properties, annual budgets, monthly accounts receivable and other owner
aspects of the properties being managed by the firm.
As one of the region’s leading commercial brokers, he represents landlords and developers for office and industrial parks along the I-95 Corridor including Route Seven Commerce Center, Clayton Station Business Park, Woodbridge,
Hidden Grove Business Park, as well as dozens of retail site locations.
Over the past decade, Timothy R. Hearn has worked with several of the company’s corporate
clients in their real estate requirements and has successfully completed
dozens of leases and sales across the country.
During the course of his 25-year career, Timothy R. Hearn has received a number of
awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique
Transaction of the Year. He was also named to the Baltimore Business Journal
list of “Top 40 Under 40” that identifies prominent young leaders in the
area and one of the “Top 10 Producers” of the region’s real estate brokers.
