John O’Donnell 
Project Manager

John O’Donnell joined the company in 2004 as a building engineer and quickly worked his way up to Operations Manager coordinating eight building engineers, and most recently to Project Manager in charge of Construction Services for the firm. In his current role, John coordinates contractors to perform construction repairs on properties in the firm’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Hearn Burkley John spent eight years as a building engineer for Hyatt Regency Baltimore and worked for a number of area construction firms; he also served for two years in the U.S. Navy.

Joe Duffy

Joe Duffy is the Service Desk Manager and Lease Administrator for the TA Portfolio at Hearn Burkley Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. Joe attends to various maintenance and service requests from tenants and works closely with the property managers to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Joe graduated in May 2009 from the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Prior to graduation, he gained commercial real estate experience working as a Summer Intern for Hearn Burkley in 2007 and 2008.
