Timothy R. Hearn, CCIM 
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the company, Timothy R. Hearn is actively involved in the review of the properties, annual budgets, monthly accounts receivable and other owner aspects of the properties being managed by the firm.
As one of the region’s leading commercial brokers, he represents landlords and developers for office and industrial parks along the I-95 Corridor including Route Seven Commerce Center, Clayton Station Business Park, Woodbridge, Hidden Grove Business Park, as well as dozens of retail site locations. Over the past decade, Timothy R. Hearn has worked with several of the company’s corporate clients in their real estate requirements and has successfully completed dozens of leases and sales across the country.
During the course of his 25-year career, Timothy R. Hearn has received a number of awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique Transaction of the Year. He was also named to the Baltimore Business Journal list of “Top 40 Under 40” that identifies prominent young leaders in the area and one of the “Top 10 Producers” of the region’s real estate brokers.

Rob co-founded Corridor Reznick LLC in October 1989. In August 2009, Rob and Tim Hearn merged Hearn Burkley and Corridor Reznick LLC. Before entering the commercial real estate arena, Lou spent five years
on active duty as a Field Artillery Officer, completing tours in Korea
and Iraq and attaining the rank of Captain. After receiving an honorable
discharge from the service, he spent time at PricewaterhouseCoopers before
transitioning into property management.
As President of the company, Lou oversees all aspects of the operation
from accounting and lease administration to property management and building
engineering. Lou relies on the management and organizational skills he
developed in the military as a unit commander and battalion level staff
officer in the day to day management of the company.
Civic/Community Involvement
Lou currently serves on the executive board of Camp Puh’Tok located in Monkton,
Maryland. Camp Puh’Tok strives to bring diverse groups of children together
in an outdoor environment in order to promote leadership, teamwork and an appreciation
of nature.

With more than 20 years experience in Cecil County commercial and industrial real estate brokerage, John Burkley is actively involved as Hearn Burkley’s principal broker for the northern end of the I-95 Corridor.
Prior to teaming with Timothy R. Hearn to form Hearn Burkley in 2008, John served as president of the John K Burkley Company, an insurance and real estate brokerage firm founded by his grandfather, John K. Burkley in 1949.
