Timothy R. Hearn, CCIM 
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the company, Timothy R. Hearn is actively involved in the review of the properties, annual budgets, monthly accounts receivable and other owner aspects of the properties being managed by the firm.
As one of the region’s leading commercial brokers, he represents landlords and developers for office and industrial parks along the I-95 Corridor including Route Seven Commerce Center, Clayton Station Business Park, Woodbridge, Hidden Grove Business Park, as well as dozens of retail site locations. Over the past decade, Timothy R. Hearn has worked with several of the company’s corporate clients in their real estate requirements and has successfully completed dozens of leases and sales across the country.
During the course of his 25-year career, Timothy R. Hearn has received a number of awards and honors, including Commercial Realtor of the Year and Unique Transaction of the Year. He was also named to the Baltimore Business Journal list of “Top 40 Under 40” that identifies prominent young leaders in the area and one of the “Top 10 Producers” of the region’s real estate brokers.

Chief Financial Officer / Director of Development Services
In his role as Hearn Burkley CFO, Donald Simpson draws extensively on his 30+ years of accounting experience to oversee all corporate accounting functions including financial reporting, day-to-day accounting functions, cash management, budgeting, bank relations, tax filings and employee benefits. A member of the firm’s executive leadership team, Donald also prepares partnership and corporate Federal and State income tax returns for various client-owned investment and development entities. Finally, Donald provides asset management services for select clients.
Before joining the company in 2006, Donald served most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Morris Wolf Enterprises, a Baltimore-area residential land and commercial development firm.

Jennifer Vassil specializes in fee-based development projects throughout
the Baltimore metropolitan region for Hearn Burkley’s institutional clients
and high net worth individuals and families. A native and current resident
of Baltimore, Jennifer brings prior Investment Sales knowledge and a commitment
to her clients to her projects.
Prior to joining Hearn Burkley in May 2007, Jennifer was a Senior Analyst
in the Washington, DC Capital Markets Group of CB Richard Ellis (formerly
Trammell Crow Company), where she spent three years marketing and managing
the team’s in-demand Investment Sales process. Jennifer also spent four
years with Lazard Asset Management and Arden Asset Management in New York
City.
